Improving client profitability and safety through a wide variety of oil field production services
Oilfield Compliance Program
The 10-Code Compliance Program is designed to reduce loss to our clients by ensuring compliance with client specific, and industry standard practices as they apply to activities conducted by lease operators, contract pumpers, oil buyers and water haulers. The Compliance Program as proposed is in essence a very targeted investigation conducted by on staff subject matter experts with experience on the production side of the industry. 10-Code would be witnessing or observing the oil buying and water hauling process on designated well pads under production, ensuring that all API standards are being followed. During this process 10-Code would be monitoring client contractors near oil and water trucks, as well as following the oil buyers or water haulers up on the well pad storage tanks to monitor the tank gauging process of the contractors. During the compliance process 10-Code would not be involved in any mechanical activity, only witnessing, observing and recording client contractors and providing written evaluations to the clients.
Flow Testing
Flow Testing is designed to maximize oil well productivity on newly producing wells by 24/7 monitoring and adjustment of mechanical valves and other equipment on-site to prevent any issues that may interfere with the production of oil to include routine maintenance on well sites. Accurately measure and record daily production of the wells on the site and complete daily reports for the client. Coordinating oil sales and water disposal on-site activities to ensure both client and API standards are adhered to. During the Flow Testing activities 10-Code would be involved in mechanical activities associated with the wellheads, treaters, and tank batteries.
Lease Operator/Contract Pumper
Once an oil well is in full production, Lease Operators or Contract Pumpers are required to monitor the production site on a daily basis to ensure oil well productivity is maintained by monitoring and adjustment of mechanical valves and other equipment on-site to prevent any issues that may interfere with the production of oil to include routine maintenance on well sites, wellheads, valves, dumps, flares, tanks and treaters. Accurately measure and record daily production of the wells on the site and complete daily reports for the client. Coordinating oil sales and water disposal on-site activities to ensure both client and API standards are adhered to. During the Contract Pumping activities 10-Code would be involved in mechanical activities associated with the wellheads, treaters, and tank batteries. Routinely Lease Operators and Contract Pumpers are assigned a daily route of well sites to monitor and maintain, and typically spend approximately one hour on each site depending on the conditions.
Gate Access
- Accurately tracking names of personnel and companies represented as contractors and client employees enter and leave a well site.
- Ensure only authorized personnel are allowed access to the well sites.
- Ensure that all personnel entering a well site have received a current operational safety briefing to include any security threats, evacuation plans, rally or muster points and staging area locations.
- Maintain an accurate log of all personnel on-site at any given time. If evacuation is required, this log will be used for personnel accountability at the rally point or muster location.
Gate access activities can be carried out by either armed or unarmed 10-Code Security personnel
